Return & Refund Policy

At Journey to Dreams, we are committed to promoting sustainable travel and empowering travelers to make conscious choices that support local communities and preserve the environment. Since our offerings include digital resources, travel guides, curated eco-tourism experiences, and sustainable products, our refund and return policy varies depending on the type of service or product purchased.


1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital content, including:

  • E-books

  • Downloadable guides

  • Travel Products

  • Travel accessories

All digital product sales are final. Once the content is delivered, refunds or returns cannot be processed.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

For sustainable travel products, eco-friendly merchandise, or any physical items sold via journeytodreams.com, we offer a 15-day return policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items

  • Personal care products that have been used or opened

  • Items purchased on sale or with special discounts


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at:

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:

5. Sustainable Experiences & Bookings

For curated eco-tourism experiences, retreats, and travel packages, cancellations and refunds are handled based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of booking: Full refund minus processing fees.

  • Cancellation between 7-15 days prior to the experience: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

If an experience is canceled by Journey to Dreams due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


6. Shipping Returns

Important Notes:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


7. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
